SSG Extension Activity

Last 22nd of December 22, 2020, the students of Rapu-Rapu National High School, SSG Organization conducted an extension activity at the homes of chosen recipients located at Poblacion Rapu-Rapu, Albay. The organization was built last year February 2020, election of the newly elected SSG Officers for S.Y. 2020-2021. The said outdoor activity aims to filled the Christmas 2020 of the chosen elders, kids and other recipients with happiness and joy. The health protocols was highly organized and recognized by using of facemasks, faceshields, alcohols and observing social distancing. 

The activity was spearheaded by the Supreme Student Government, SSG Adviser, Mrs. Maria Advincula with the support of the Rapu-Rapu National High School principal, Mrs. Jimerita Marmol and the distribution headed by the SSG President, Ms. Helen Galvez. At exactly 7:00 in the morning of December 22, 2020, the student leaders and volunteer Rapu-Rapu National High School teachersband staff mentioning Ms. Nancy Ebrada and Ms. Grace Bendal are in the said Gift Giving Activity 2020 for the elderly of Poblacion Rapu-Rapu, Albay. Renting sidecar, the students and teachers went on walking up to Lagsingan, Purok 1, 2 and 3. The more goods were given to the Lagsingan residents. After delivering the goods of the 1st batch, the next batch of goods are being delivered. Renting a tricycle, the students and teachers, went on a ride up to the Purok 4, 5, and Purok 6. Then goods and giftd were also given to the kids, elderly and other residents . The things that were delivered and given are the facemask, faceshields, clothes, sandals and goods like soaps, 5 kilos of rice for the chosen elders, breads and other goods was donated by the UST-Legazpi TASATU. 

The SSG Officers and teachers arrived at the areas and was welcomed warmly and wholeheartedly by the people of Rapu-Rapu. The distribution ended at 12:00 o'clock and a rest at Cheska's resort. During lunch time, we are loaded with fine meal. The distribution was a success and all the good were properly distributed.
